This overview will teach you how to configure default values on the lead.

Configuring Default Values

In every instance of salesforce lead object has mandatory values, that need to be filled in to create the lead successfully.

Follow these steps below to configure the default value management, If the values were not provided by the lead aggregator for lead creation.

1. Go to Application Menu > {Lapp} Configuration > Settings > Default Value Management Section > Configure

**By default all the mandatory lead fields will be shown on the lead default values UI.
